How We Review: What JILIGAME Checks, and What It Cannot

Here is the method, so you can argue with it. Eight checks, all visible from the public side of an operator's site, plus a plain list of the things no outside guide can verify — including us. If a page here describes an operator, this is what produced it.

The eight checks

Why we check disclosure and not vibes

Every check above is about what an operator has put in writing where a reader can see it before depositing. That is deliberate. Disclosure is verifiable, repeatable and free to check, whereas a stranger's account of how quickly they got paid is none of those things. An operator that writes down its limits and clauses has handed you something to hold it to. One that publishes only artwork has told you something as well.

No scores, no league table

There is no rating out of ten anywhere on this site, no stars, no ranking and no best list. A single number would bury the specific clause or missing page that actually costs a reader money, and it would create a position somebody could try to buy. We say what is disclosed, name what is missing, and let you decide.

What we cannot verify

  • How long your withdrawal will take. It depends on your rail, your verification state and the operator's queue, and it is set by the operator — check its cashier page.
  • Whether a licence is in good standing right now. Registers change; the regulator's own list is the live record.
  • Anything inside your account, including limits or reviews applied to it specifically.
  • Whether promotional terms have changed since we published, because operators edit them without notice.
  • Whether any individual complaint was handled fairly, since we only ever see one side.
  • What your session will do. Published RTP is a long-run average, not a forecast, and we make no predictions.

Our writing rules

  1. No number appears unless the operator or the payment rail published it.
  2. Genuine rail facts are usable: InstaPay is real-time with a per-transaction cap, PESONet settles in batches on banking days. Operator fees, minimums and windows belong to the operator.
  3. No we tested claims, no secret accounts, no timed payout trials.
  4. No invented authors. Pages are editorial, and this method is the accountability instead.
  5. No guarantees, systems or predictions, in any form.
  6. Where we do not know, the page says so rather than filling the space.

Some links leaving this site may be partner links, which means a commission is possible if a reader opens an account. That is disclosed because it funds the work. It does not reach the text: nothing is added, softened, removed or reordered for money, and with no rankings published there is no placement to sell. A check that fails is reported as failed regardless of any relationship.

Updates and corrections

Pages carry a published and a modified date, and the modified date moves only when the words do. We go back to a page when an operator changes what we described, when a rail changes, when the regulator publishes something relevant, or when a reader shows us we are wrong — and we correct in place rather than quietly deleting, because an unauditable method is just a long advertisement.

What this site is

JILIGAME is an independent guide, not a casino. We take no deposits, hold no funds and run no games — the site only explains how bingo, keno and quick games work and how the money around them moves. Everything here is checkable on the operator's own pages. Gambling is for adults 21 and over.

We are not a regulator, an adjudicator or a recovery service, and we cannot move anyone's money. For a live problem, the operator's own written support is first and the regulator's published player-concerns channel is the escalation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there no score on your reviews?

Because a number out of ten hides the only thing that matters — which clause, which missing limit, which absent complaint route is the actual risk. It also creates something sellable. We publish what is disclosed against eight checks and name the gaps instead.

Do operators pay you?

Some outbound links may earn a commission if a reader opens an account, and we disclose that. It changes nothing in the wording: no line is added or softened for money, and because nothing here is ranked, there is no position available.

Do you test deposits and withdrawals?

No, and we never pretend to. Payout timing depends on your rail and your verification state and is set by the operator, so we send you to its cashier page rather than publish an invented figure.

Can I repeat these checks myself?

Yes — all eight are on the public side of an operator's site and take an evening: the licence disclosure, the cashier page, the bonus terms, the verification page, the stated complaint route, the responsible-gaming controls, the support channels and the app's own install screen.

What stops you describing an operator at all?

A licence claim that cannot be matched to the regulator's register, bonus terms unreachable from the offer, no written complaint route, or an app that requests overlay or accessibility permissions. Any one is sufficient.

Why no author names?

Because a fabricated expert with a photograph is exactly what this method replaces. The pages are editorial and unsigned, and the eight checks above are the accountability we offer in place of a byline.
